What you can expect

Five promises that define our service

These are practical behaviours customers can recognise throughout a job—not vague claims about being “premium.”

PROMISE 01

We’ll turn up when we say we will.

If we are delayed, we will let you know. Your time matters as much as ours.

PROMISE 02

We’ll respect your property.

We protect the area, work cleanly and leave your space as we found it.

PROMISE 03

We’ll explain everything clearly.

No jargon, hidden surprises or extra work without your agreement.

PROMISE 04

We’ll stand behind our workmanship.

If an issue arises as a direct result of our work, we’ll return promptly and put it right at no additional cost.

PROMISE 05

We’ll always do what’s right.

We recommend what you need—not what makes us the most money.

Our motto, explained

Done right first time.

Electrical work can contain genuine unknowns, especially in existing properties. Our motto does not pretend those unknowns never exist. It means we prepare carefully, investigate properly, avoid shortcuts and take responsibility for delivering the agreed result correctly.

Quality is not just a neat finish. It is what is connected, protected and tested behind it.
The customer journey

No uncertainty about what happens next

We have made the process as straightforward as the finished installation should be.

STEP 01

Tell us about it

Call, message or use our guided photo assessment to explain the work.

STEP 02

We assess it

We review the information and explain whether a visit is required.

STEP 03

Agree the work

The intended scope, price basis and timing are made clear before starting.

STEP 04

Complete & test

We carry out the work, test appropriately and provide the relevant paperwork.

If something is not right

Tell us. We will listen.

A serious standard must include what happens when a customer has a concern. Contact Andrew or Glenn directly, explain the issue and give us a reasonable opportunity to assess it.

If the matter relates to our workmanship, we will explain what we found and the appropriate resolution. If it is unrelated or outside the agreed scope, we will still make that distinction clear rather than leaving you without an answer.
